SCRC Event Refund and Returns Policy

Convention Refunds

  • All refund requests must be made in writing.
  • The request, along with all unused tickets must be mailed to SCRC, 9795 Cabrini Dr., #208, Burbank, CA 91504.
  • All requests must be postmarked before the end of the early registration / price increase period for the event (usually the 3rd Monday before the Convention).
  • All refunds will be charged a $20 processing fee.
  • Refunds are only allowed on or before the date of the "Early Registration" discount period ends (usually the 3rd Monday before the Convention). After this date, all registrations are final.
  • After the date that refunds are no longer permitted, tickets may be transferred to other attendees if the original ticket holder cannot attend. Contact SCRC for more information.

Convention Ticket Changes

  • In some situations, SCRC may be able to accommodate limited changes to tickets.
  • All requests MUST be received prior to the end of the Early Registration / price discount period for the event (usually the 3rd Monday before the Convention).
