Christ Triumphant Talks:
Fr. Jeffrey Grob, JCD "Wounds and Lies" What am I carrying in my body, my heart, my spirit, rent free? What is the source of my brokenness? How did I come to be in this state? Might these be the primary components of spiritual post traumatic stress disorder?
"What Exactly Are the 7 Deadly Sins?" Some say the 7 deadly sins still exist— do they really?? They certainly do not affect me—do they??
Fr. Robert Spitzer, SJ "Responding to the Rising Darkness" The devil has undermined our culture in several ways and we need to talk about it. Occultism and Satanism are on the rise. If we avoid talking about it, the devil wins by default. How can we respond to these challenges?
Fr. Dennis McManus, PhD: "Five Recognized Ways in Which Possession Happens" Possession is not random. In addressing ways in which it happens, Fr. McManus will give us understanding and wisdom to avoid the doorways.
"A Catholic View of Ghosts" How does the Catholic tradition understand the phenomenon of ghosts? Fr. McManus will share insights and wisdom from the tradition and his own ministerial experience.
Fr. Gary Thomas: "Holiness and the Fruits of the Holy Spirit" What does victory in the spiritual life look like? Fr. Gary will address the transforming effects of Christ’s victory in our lives.
"Healing Aspects of Catholic Deliverance and Exorcism" Jesus said, “I have come that they might have life, and have it to the full. Fr. Gary will speak about some of the ways deliverance and exorcism open the door for healing and fullness of life.
Dr. Cynthia Hunt, MD: "Hope and Healing in Psychiatry & Spiritual Warfare" This talk will highlight the understanding of mental illness in the context of discernment of spiritual influences.
Fr. John Farao, OFM Conv: "Breaking the Devil’s Hold of Shame" The devil hides in our shame. The greater the shame the greater the involvement of evil in the sin that wounded us.
